TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments & Deposit policies are applied as follows:

​

Training and rides:

 

EVERY class or trip requires a minimum number of riders. If minimum is not reached, deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days of cancellation date for E-Transfers, *cheques or cash. ( No cheques within 21 business days of the registered event.)

For payments by credit card or Paypal a 3% admin fee will be added.

Upon receipt of registration, invoice must be paid in full (total + GST if required). Payments accepted: E-transfer, cheques or cash. For payments by E-Transfer an email with transfer instructions will be sent. (see invoice) Upon payment a receipt will be delivered.

ACTIVITIES CHARGED/INVOICED IN US DOLLARS WILL BE PAID BY E-TRANFER APPLYING THE CURRENCY BANK EXCHANGE ( BUY RATE ) OF THE DAY THE INVOICE WAS ISSUED.  

 

Refunds:

​

Out of Canada (i.e Mexico / USA) tours must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure date.

​

61+ days full refund from departure date.

31 to 60 days 50% of total amount, cancellation fee.

0 to 30 days no refund

 

Training / short trips:

 

45+ plus days full refund.

 

31 to 45 days 50% refund for training.  

Local rides (in Canada) 50% refund.

 

1 to 30 days forfeit full payment.

 

All amounts are plus GST if services are required by Gov. tax laws.

 

In shop clinics are non refundable within 1-14 days prior to event.

 

Cancellation due to :

 

Weather is part of the adventure, especially in Alberta.

 

* Rain or shine we go ahead with our training classes as you would in a wet environment or Adventure mode. Within reason we might have to cancel due to excessive downpour. We track weather consistently and try to make those preventive cancellations due to a storm a couple days prior to classes and/or rides.  A raincheck will be delivered to attend a future class.(Not a refund) We understand that some riders plan weeks or months in advance to attend our classes and also is an inconvenience for those driving in from other provinces or the USA. Mother nature is sometimes unpredictable and in the event of a forest fire or any act said of "God", a raincheck will be provided.

** For tours such as Baja, BDR's.... hard panniers (side metal boxes) are NOT allowed and motocross/Adventure boots are required. No exceptions. (updated Nov.1st 2017) For safety and injury prevention.

 

 

Items Not Included:

 

Any outside Canada tours, riders are required to acquire Medical & Travel insurance. 

 

Any item not mentioned as included is not included. Any items deemed of personal nature are not included.

 

** It is each rider's responsibility to verify his/her legal status to cross borders, proper paperwork, have valid operator license and motor vehicle personal insurance. No refunds will be issued for being turned around at border crossings and/or for any traffic violations.
