Terms and Conditions




Due to the nature of our business we operate training classes approximately once a month. Based on demand.

ADVenture rides once or twice a month.


Deposit policies are applied as follows:


Training and rides:


EVERY class or trip require a minimum number of riders. If minimum not reached deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days of cancellation date.


Upon registration, invoice, total +GST  must be paid upon receipt. There is a 3% fee for payments done by credit card or PayPal . E-Transfers can be made at info@offroadadventureacademy.com (some tours require deposits only) Payments accepted E-transfer, cash, Credit Card or PayPal  For payments by E-Transfer  a email with transfer instruction will be sent. Upon payment a receipt will be delivered. *Voucher for deposit will be delivered for a future class in case of.: (See chart below)


Our classes and adventure rides are booked weeks in advance and usually sold out prior to either activities. (Training and /or ADV Tours)

We follow a certain protocol in regards to cancellation and/or re-scheduling, as last minute riders or student replacements are usually unlikely. 


Training / Tours policies are applied as followed:

** For tours such as Baja, BDR's.... hard panniers (side metal boxes) are NOT allowed and motocross / Adventure boots are required. No exceptions. (updated Nov.1st 2017) For safety and injury prevention.

Out of Canada (Mexico / USA )Tours must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure date.

61+ days full refund from departure date.

31 to 60 days 50% of total amount, cancellation fee.

0   to 30 days no refund



Cancellation  Training / short trips 45+ days before scheduled date:  full refund or re-booking


31 to 45 days 350.00 $ fee for training /  Local rides (in Canada) 50% fee


1 to 30 days  forfeit full payment


All amounts are plus GST.


In shop clinics are non refundable within 1-14 days prior to event.





-Cancellation due to weather:


Weather is part of the adventure, especially in Alberta.


* Rain or shine we go ahead with our training classes as you would in a wet environment or Adventure mode. Within reason we might have to cancel due to excessive down poor, we track weather contently and try to make those preventive cancellations due to a storm a couple days prior to classes and/or rides.  A rain-check will be delivered to attend a future class. We understand that some riders plan weeks or months in advance to attend our classes and also a inconvenience for those driving in from other provinces or the USA. Mother nature is sometimes unpredictable. In the event of a forest fire or any act said of "God", a rain check will be provided. 


Items Not Included:


Any outside Canada tours, riders are required to acquire Travel insurance and Medjet Assit insurance


Any item not mentioned as included is not included. Furthermore, any items deemed of personal nature are not included.


** It is each rider's responsibility to verify proper paperwork to cross boarders, have valid operator license and motor vehicle personal insurance. No refunds will be issued for being turned around at boarder crossings and/or for any traffic violations.
